Julie scores!

We decided to retire Julie from the conformation ring, but are still working with Julie toward a few other titles. Julie scored a 98 in the Rally ring this past week, making her first leg toward her Rally Novice title. Julie is a natural and takes direction really well, always wanting to please. She is very smart and has only had limited training and prepartion. We also competed in Pre-Novice Obedience, where we took 3rd place. We'll be working more on obedience, rally, and agility in the coming months; however, will also be preparing Julie for her second and last litter this winter (hoping for a show girl).

Una Filling Out Nicely @ 8 Months!

Thank you to Siv Jendresen of Nordicoutch for sending us some updated photos of Una! She has grown up so fast, in just five short months. Una, now eight months old has filled out nicely. She has a "beautiful long neck and very good angulation, bone and feet, perfect tailset, carriage and topline , and a nice personalety to top it off. Oh, not to forget her totally round and large very dark eyes and deep red coat."

Siv tells us that Una loves to swim in the pond and chase after the fish all day! We are so happy to see Una filling out so nicely and look forward to a repeat breeding of Una's Sire/Dam

Julie is spending some much needed time at home for a spell, as her coat has blown from the summer heat. We are all happy to have Julie back, as we have missed her endearing kisses and snuggles.

Julie's Back in the Game!

Julie (Nordictouch Golden Charm) is back on the show circuit after almost a year off. Her first show of the year was in Perry, GA this past weekend. We were very pleased with the results:

"Una" Leaves The Nest!

Today's an exciting day for Una, as she leaves our home and takes on a new adventure with our mentor and Co-Owner Siv Jendresen of Nordictouch Cavaliers, in Montanna. Una will be experiencing snow for the first time and will be right at home with her maternal grandparents, Jazz and Alessi. We will all miss Una and marked her last evening with special one on one time, lots of photos, and lots of tears. Una is our first homebred puppy, so she will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Our little Red Renegade!

Una is keeping everyone on their toes here! She is full of energy and at just 5.5lbs is ruling the roost! She is a smart little cookie though and at 9 weeks has already signaled to go out a few times and has mastered the dog door with just two times through. Julie and Una have become best play pals! Julie finally found someone with more energy than she has. We will be starting puppy obedience classes shortley, to start teaching her how to become a more civil member of the household. :)

Already 8 Weeks!

I can't believe she's 8 weeks! She is 4lbs. 12.5oz. Here are some new pictures we took this evening and yesterday. She had her first bath this week and did great, I realized the majority of her is just fur/fluff :) Just like her Mom, she's a force to be reckoned with. She is full of spunk and isn't afraid of anything. We'll be holding on to Una for awhile, to see how she develops.
